"Wrong items and missing parts"
I placed my order and once I’d paid, it felt like things went downhill. What showed up wasn’t even the right stuff, and some parts were missing too. It’s really frustrating because after handing over the money, you expect the order to be handled properly, but now I’m left wondering if I can trust them at all

I ordered a bespoke cut oak worktop and, i was a bit anxious about whether the measurements would be right. One wrong cut and it could’ve been a real headache. But when it arrived, everything was spot on, even the sink cut-out lined up perfectly. I went from stressing about it to feeling properly relieved when it fitted first time. Really pleased with how it turned out.

I was doing this on a Saturday morning with a coffee going cold on the side, and their measuring guide was really easy to follow. Managed to get my worktop sizes right the first time, which saved me a lot of hassle.

"As someone who’s fussy about little…"
As someone who’s fussy about little finishing details, I’m really happy with this worktop now it’s in place. The finish is smooth, the edges are nice and tidy, and I couldn’t see any chips. It feels solid and good quality for the price. The only minor thing is that it needed a bit more of a wipe down straight out of the box, but once cleaned up it looked great.

I ordered a worktop from Worktop Express and appreciated how clear the pricing was right from the start. The delivery charge and any extras were shown before I paid (which seems obvious, but not every place does it), so there were no annoying surprises at checkout. It felt fair compared with a few other sites I looked at, and I’d happily use them again.

I spoke with the tech guy before placing my order, and he explained the joins in a really simple way. It definitely saved me from buying the wrong bits. The only downside was that it took a little longer than I expected to get everything clarified, but overall the advice was really useful.

"Worktop arrived early, but the updates could’ve been better"
The worktop actually came quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise, and the driver was decent too. The only annoying bit was the small delay with the time slot update, as it left me hanging around a bit. Not the end of the world, but I’d hope they’d offer some kind of small gesture for the inconvenience.

I only ordered samples from worktop-express.co.uk recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but they made choosing our kitchen worktop way easier. The colours looked slightly different once I had them in my own kitchen light compared with the website, so I’m really glad I didn’t just guess from the screen.
The samples turned up quickly and were a good size to hold against the cupboards and tiles. It took a lot of the stress out of making the final choice, especially with it being the most recent thing we did for the kitchen. I’d definitely use them again.

"Reliable delivery, better than most"
I ordered from worktop-express.co and the delivery was smooth. I got a text with the time slot and it actually turned up within that window, which is more than I can say for a lot of other deliveries I’ve had. The driver was friendly enough too. The only thing I’d say is the tracking could’ve had a bit more detail, especially compared with some couriers that show you exactly where the van is. But overall, no real complaints.

"Return was fine, but replies could’ve been quicker"
We had to return a worktop because we ended up ordering the wrong size. It took a couple of days to get a proper response, which wasn’t ideal, you’d think returns would be a bit easier to sort without having to wait around. Once they did get back to us though, the process was straightforward. The refund came through after they collected it, not instantly, but it was fine in the end. I’d probably use them again, but I’ll definitely double-check the measurements next time.

"Super handy care guide, no hassle"
I ordered oak worktops and the care sheet that came with them was actually really helpful. It explains how to oil and clean them without making it feel like a massive chore. A few weeks in, they still look lovely, so I’m happy with it.
